Toggle: The Game 1.01.01

Welcome to Toggle, a game designed for enthusiasts of wordplay. The aim was to develop a word puzzle game that challenges players to discover intricate and captivating words without compromise.

For each round, Toggle creates a board filled with random prefixes, suffixes, and letters, encouraging participants to combine these morphemes to spell the longest words feasible. With this innovative morpheme-centered approach, players can enhance their understanding of the English language across everyday conversations and specialized domains such as medicine, astronomy, and phenomenology. (Toggle includes a medical dictionary with over 100,000 words!)

For individuals tired of traditional flashcards, Toggle's custom game engine empowers users to explore morphemes by crafting their own puzzles. Educators can share these puzzles with their students at no cost.

Players have the option to compete individually, with friends, or against strangers in ten-player matches. The player who accumulates the most points when time expires claims victory. In every gameplay mode, a unique achievement awaits. (Will you earn the Shakespeare badge or lean towards being more of a Hemingway?)

Toggle also introduces a distinctive TSR points system akin to ELO in chess. As participants progress, their Toggle Star Rating increases—along with their standing on the leaderboard.
